The Origin

From the Deccan plateau, where shade-grown beans take their time.

Deccan Soul began with a simple conviction: that some of the world's most expressive coffee grows in India's southern hills, and deserves to be tasted everywhere.

We work with estates across the Western Ghats — coffee cultivated under native canopy, hand-picked, and processed with care. Every lot carries the character of its soil, altitude, and the hands that tend it.
